South East Environment Services

South East Environment Services (SEES) is a sole trader business based in South East Lenister, Laois, Ireland. Founded by Dr Emma Seale in 2014, SEES is a company that is dedicated to helping rural communities throughout the island with their environmental planning and conservation needs.

Using key mapping technology (GIS and GPS logging) it will provide customers with digital maps of biodiversity hotspots, disease or invasive animal species threats at a localized level. SEES will provide conservation management strategies, and surveys for rare and EU protected species as well as overall guides to good management for threatened species.

SEES will also work with farmers and foresters in rural areas to map biodiversity and identify and map invasive species threats and catalog / inventory habitats for species specific management in line with national policy and governance. Producing bespoke reports, maps, plans and tenders SEES can deliver localized biodiversity management to its clients.
